In this way, it limits how we spend our time. Something truly finite and irreplacable.

I spent twenty-five years struggling with my body and simultaneously not progressing in some important ways. It took setting down dieting forever and learning the life skills, self-care practices, forgiveness, tune into my body, and to conduct more fair and accountable relationships to finally tackle this issue.

Weight isn't about just weight, and it can't ever be solved by a diet.

I believe in self-care as a means to heal (body and spirit) and bring about life satisfaction. I founded a company to help you do just that.

It's not about making the world thinner, it's about opening your life to everything you imagined.
