Correlation, not causation.

Thank you for explaining womanhood to me. I've actually had a period. In fact, many. Unless there's an underlying medical condition the fluctuations are manageable and not at all a block to weight loss.

Your evidence is that this exists, not that it creates a problem for weight management. if you follow the link I put in, you can clearly see women are not somehow at a disadvantage for having a female body.

Making periods that create minor fluctuations doesn't make long-term weight control problematic.
